At Cookie Chew, we want you to be fully satisfied and hope that you’ll LOVE each bite. If you are less than satisfied with the quality of our cookies, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.
How do I order?
Orders can be placed via the website at www.thecookiechew.com, emailed to order@thecookiechew.com or called in at 619-550-3397. All orders are processed through PayPal and all transaction information is secured through PayPal We do not see or store any customer payment information.
How long will the cookies last?
We do not use any additives or preservatives, therefore our cookies should be consumed within 7-10 days of receipt. They can be frozen to prolong their freshness, without compromising taste or texture, for up to four (4) months.

How big are the cookies?
The truffies are about 2 to 2 1/2 inches in diameter and 1 to 1 1/2 inches in height, depending on the flavor. They are just perfect for a 2-3 bite rich indulgence, depending on how big your bites are. Each about 1 ½ oz in weight.
The origins line, classic & cocktail cookie lines are all 3 oz in weight.
