Cookie Chew Frequently Asked Questions
At Cookie Chew, we want you to be fully satisfied and hope that you’ll LOVE each bite. If you are less than satisfied with the quality of our cookies, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.
How do I order?
Orders can be placed via the website at www.thecookiechew.com, emailed to order@thecookiechew.com or called in at 619-550-3397. All orders are processed through PayPal and all transaction information is secured through PayPal We do not see or store any customer payment information.
How long will the cookies last?
We do not use any additives or preservatives, therefore our cookies should be consumed within 7-10 days of receipt. They can be frozen to prolong their freshness, without compromising taste or texture, for up to four (4) months. Brad’s Way is eating the cookie frozen however you can thaw at room temperature or in the microwave for a few seconds.

How big are the cookies?
The truffies are about 2 to 2 1/2 inches in diameter and 1 to 1 1/2 inches in height, depending on the flavor. They are just perfect for a 2-3 bite rich indulgence, depending on how big your bites are. Each about 1 ½ oz in weight.
The origins line, classic & cocktail cookie lines are all 3 oz in weight.
How long will my order take?
We bake our cookies fresh so please allow 5-7 days for your order to be completed and shipped once ordered. We ship our cookies USPS 2-3 day priority mail and will notify you once your order has been completed and shipped via email.
Can I bake my cookies longer?
We love soft, chewy & moist cookies and bake our cookies to achieve this texture. Due the fillings of our cookies, some cookies are a little extra moist, however all are completely baked and safe to eat. If you like crispy crunchy cookies, you may not like our cookies. To bake our cookies longer, you can place them in a 375 degree oven for 3-5 mins depending on your preference. Please note sometimes, this may cause the filling to ooze out.
How do I place a custom or personalized gift order?
