Cookie Shipping Info

SHIPPING COOKIES: Cookie orders are shipped USPS 2-3 Day Priority.  Please allow 5-7 days after placing your order for your cookies to be shipped. You will receive an email notification of the tracking number if one is left upon ordering. If you prefer additional shipping options, please specify upon ordering.  Additional shipping costs may apply.

COOKIE PICK-UP:  If you are local to San Diego and would rather arrange a pick-up please select local pick-up on the second page of the ordering cart and specify in your notes section when you would like to pick-up.  You can also use the contact form on our website, email us directly at order@thecookiechew.com, or call us at 619-550-3397 to schedule. Pick-up is local to San Diego in Mission Hills and only available Wednesdays through Saturdays after 11am. Please call or email to schedule a delivery.

COOKIE PACKAGING (Shipped Cookies) Please note: Truffies are packaged in boxes of four (4), twelve (12) and fifteen (15).  Origins, cocktail & classic cookies are packaged in boxes of two(2), four (4) & twelve (12).  For customized or special packaging options/ instructions please contact us.
